Just a heads up – Memorial day weekend (May 25-27) is going to have a hugely modified schedule. All of my coaches will be in Boston to watch Dana for regionals. I already know there will be no gym time Saturday and Sunday. I will post a home workout for Saturday. I am still working out Friday schedule and there may not even be classes then. Please plan accordingly to get your days in.
