The first set of squats went awesome. I know we finished with plenty of time today, but as the weight gets heavier, your rest times will definitely get longer.

      The article actually is pretty solid. All of the concerns they raise can be addressed through educating your athletes about some of the risks, having a good coach who checks form and has the balls to stop someone when they aren’t moving technically correct, and utilizing proper stretching. It’s funny the same risks they raise are as prevalent in traditional workout routines, but they don’t get brought up because they are seen as the standard way to workout.

        Yea. I also think a lot can be solved by ppl knowing how to hydrate and eat enough for the level of the workouts, which we do at our place… :)

        Also, just wanted to let you know that EMOM is my fav, as well at Katie’s…..so we should always do them. lol
