Just a heads up. I bought 4 – 44 pound kettlebells. These will help bridge the gap between the 53 and 35 pounds KBs. So they will be good for someone looking to scale up the 35 or someone who is not quite ready for the 53.
Lately on all the sites I read I have been hearing about a new way to drink coffee. Apparently you throw some butter into your black coffee and drink away. It sounds delicious, but I don’t drink coffee so I feel like I am missing out. Someone please try it.

So we will probably set it up for October and begin it with a short seminar to go over everything and answer any questions you might have. I think we are also going to have another seminar before the end of the challenge to try to keep you from falling face first into a plate of doughnuts on day 31.
