I like to get most of my calcium through the consumption of milk and cookies. If I take away milk, what can I dunk my oreos in?

Calcium was a concern of mine when I first started paleo...but did some research and found out all the natural sources of calcium....ya don't realize how many there are until you look into it. Good topic, James!

Very informative, James! I worry about the calcium bit. Seeing as I eat spinach almost every day and salmon a few times a week, I think I'm okay. I've been wanting to try kefir. It's right next to the coconut milk, but I haven't been daring enough to try it yet. Where do you get grass fed yogurt? I haven't seen that.

Dana, You work hard all year long, this is just the time and the place you get to show the world just how great you are. You have the natural skills and you are honing them to be the very best you can be. We are damn proud of you, we see you work hard and we know just how much push those workouts take. We respect not only what you can do, but the power and fortitude with which you complete every workout. And somehow, you still manage to smile and have great hair :-) Like Sara said, have fun and enjoy this experience!!
